What will happen to my disabled child after I am gone?

The Utah Special Needs Assistance Program Fund, Inc will:

• Advocate for your disabled child and see that she has her just entitlements, companionship, visits to family, vacation, recreation, or transportation to her work.
• Care for you when I you are alone and aged.
• Advocate for you for government resources, provide you with quality of life supports, and assist with your medical and personal care needs.
